About Natalia Aurelia
Natalia is a trans coach, guide, facilitator, and the founder of The Matriarch’s Hearth — a practice devoted to emotionally literate, matriarchal approaches to life, self-governance, and personal growth.
Her work is shaped by lived experience of navigating visibility, marginalisation, and leadership within systems structured around extraction, performance, and dominance. Rather than teaching people how to survive these systems, Natalia supports clients to build ways of living, working, and leading that are rooted in care, clarity, and self-trust.
Who does Natalia work with?
She works with individuals and organisations navigating burnout, identity shifts, ethical tension, and cultural change. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and facilitated conversations, Natalia creates grounded, reflective spaces that challenge conventional models of leadership and autonomy, and centre care as a form of intelligence.
Her approach is relational, embodied, and deeply attuned to nervous system realities. She does not offer quick fixes or rigid formulas. Instead, she helps clients reconnect with their own inner authority, move at humane rhythms, and develop forms of power that are sustainable rather than depleting.
What does Natalia believe in?
Natalia’s work is informed by a matriarchal worldview: that love is not weakness, care is not optional, and leadership does not need to be loud to be effective. She believes in softness as a legitimate form of strength, in cyclical ways of living rather than linear productivity, and in liberation over assimilation.
She does not position herself as an expert with answers. She works as a guide, witness, and strategic companion — holding space for people to reclaim their own truth, agency, and becoming.
This isn’t just coaching.
It’s remembrance—of who you are beneath performance, and what the world could be if we led with love.
