Can We Work Together?
The fact that you’re here means you are ready to make change.
I offer coaching and facilitated spaces for women, trans, and gender-diverse people navigating burnout, identity shifts, leadership, cultural change, and more.
My work is not about fixing you.
It is about walking alongside you as you listen more deeply to yourself, reclaim your rhythms, and build a life that feels humane, sustainable, and true.
This is slow work.
Relational work.
Work that honours nervous systems, not just goals.

Breaking Free with Natalia Aurelia
I know you want to live with softness, reclaim rhythm, and untangle from the noise of society. And you can.
In just 3-12 week, we could explore:
• Boundaries and self-trust
• Burnout and capacity
• Leadership and responsibility
• Identity, transition, and becoming
• Relationship to work, care, and power
• Reclaiming your own rhythms
This is not performance coaching.
This is relational, embodied, and deeply humane.

Speaking Engagements & Workshop Series
Offerings designed to teach, disrupt, and shift systems—especially in corporate, organisational, or collective spaces.
Facilitated Conversations & Group Spaces
As an organisation, collective, or community groups, you want to make a meaningful impact. You can, you know…
I design and hold spaces for;
• Difficult conversations
• Cultural change
• Burnout and care conversations
• Ethical tension
• Leadership reflection
• Inclusion beyond good intentions
These are not lectures.
They are reflective, participatory, and grounded.
Speaking Engagements
I once heard a speaker at an event, quote Virginia Woolf,
"Lock up your libraries if you like, but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind."
and as Audre Lorde said,
“The Master’s tools will never dismantle the Master’s house”
As you already know, the power of speech is undenial. Don’t you. Participants leave with insight, practical tools and renewed clarity to nurture cultures of care — where dignity, rhythm, and relational integrity replace hierarchy, burnout, and disconnection.
Dress With Dignity: A Matriarchal Style Workshop
You wonder whether self-expression, dignity, and non-hierarchical approaches to dress are viable. This workshop and accompanying resources explore just that. While designed for all, it will particularly resonate with AFAB, femme, queer, and non-white audiences.
We examine prevailing dress standards in both corporate and non-corporate spaces, unpacking how heteronormative and colonial norms shape what is deemed “acceptable”.
For businesses, we explore how dress codes impact your people and how to co-create policies that empower rather than restrict.
By the end of this workshop, participants understand how society shapes dress, how they can be agents of change, and how dressing with dignity fosters confidence, authenticity, and well-being.
